Students in the Center for Gifted Young Musicians will perform within the three chamber orchestras of the CGYM;

Baroque Players conducted by Aaron Picht

Chamber Players Orchestra conducted by Mitchell Newman

Youth Chamber Orchestra conducted by Aaron Picht

Program includes premieres written by Jan Krzywicki and Kile Smith, as well as the US premiere of Edward Kalendar's piano concerto, performed by the composer's grandson, Sebastian Picht. The Jasper String Quartet, recipient of the Cleveland Quartet Award, and quartet-in-residence at Temple Music Prep, will be featured on Elgar's Introduction and Allegro, Op. 47.
