the Festival of Young Musicians
Gala Concert

Featuring Members of the
Center for Gifted Young Musicians
Youth Chamber Orchestra conducted by Aaron Picht.

Program includes world premiere of
Islands by Snorri Sigfús Birgisson
and remembrances of two integral founding members
of the Center for Gifted Young Musicians;
former Music Prep Director, Nancy W. Hess,
and legendary cello faculty member, Metta "Billie" Watts.

the beautiful Temple Performing Arts Center
and live streamed on YouTube.com/templemusicprep

This concert is free and open to the public, masking is required for in-person attendance for everyone ages 2+ regardless of vaccination status.
