PMAY Artists’ Initiative and WRTI-FM are delighted to co-present tubist and author, Dr. Richard Antoine White, and his brother, rapper William White, in Philadelphia for a community event at the Mary Louise Curtis Branch of Settlement Music School on March 31, 2023 at 6.30pm. Richard is the author of I'm Possible, a PMAY recommended reading about his journey through music from a young age to become the first African American to receive a Doctorate Degree in Tuba.
